Our group rate of $519/night (plus taxes & fees) is available through January 8, 2026 or when all rooms are reserved, whichever comes first. Room availability begins on Saturday, February 7 through Sunday, February 15. Rooms are not guaranteed to all registered attendees and are on a first come, first-served basis.  Booking instructions are provided upon registration. Upgrades and additional nights are subject to availability and must be requested directly with the resort.

Driving Directions from Airport
  • Follow signs of Oranjestad/Downtown.
  • Continue on L.G. Smith Boulevard for approximately seven miles following signs to the hotel area/California Lighthouse.
  • The resort will be on the left.

Coordinator’s Note

Aruba has one of the lowest crime rates in the Caribbean. The locals are incredibly friendly and pride themselves as being “One Happy Island”. Taxis will be the easiest way to get around the island. They are readily available and the fares are reasonable (priced per ride, not per person). The resort is located walking distance to many shops and restaurants. It’s perfectly safe to walk around at night but exercise reasonable precaution like you would in any area.

Important Information

Travel

Passports are required for entry and reentry. Global Entry highly recommended. Upon leaving Aruba, you will go through typical airport security, then U.S. Customs and Border Patrol, then a second airport security screening. Arriving 3-4 hours prior to your flight is highly recommended on your return.


What’s Included In Your Registration?

Your registration fee covers all 5 days of the series, including daily breakfast, session attendance, and social events for each registered attendee. Unregistered guests cannot attend the sessions or daily breakfast but are welcome to join us for Wednesday’s cocktail reception. For the most valuable experience, we highly recommend attending all 5 sessions. Course and event RSVPs will be requested in the weeks prior to the seminar. Maximum (1) additional attendee per registration.


Late/Onsite Registration

Cancellation Policy*

60 or more days prior to event, receive future seminar credit or refund minus $50 processing fee. Between 30-60 days of event, receive a future seminar credit. Less than 30 days prior to event, no refund or credit can be given as your attendance has already been confirmed with the hotel.

McGill and Lyon Dental Advisors is not responsible for reimbursement of any registrant’s other expenses related to a cancelled or postponed event. Understanding the cancellation policy for any hotels, flights, car rentals, park tickets, etc. is the responsibility of the individual.

We also maintain a waitlist for those who wish to be contacted if a cancellation occurs within our room block. Please note that individuals on the waitlist cannot register for the seminar until a room becomes available. When a cancellation occurs, we will reach out to those on the waitlist in the order they were added to confirm continued interest and transfer the hotel reservation. Once hotel accommodations are confirmed, registration for the course may proceed.
