Wes is the President and CEO of McGill and Lyon Dental Advisors, guiding dentists to reduce taxes, increase profitability, and achieve financial freedom. He joined John K. McGill and Company as a Tax, Business, and Financial Planning Advisor, eventually becoming Partner before purchasing the consulting business in 2022. Wes prides himself on providing clear, practical advice while ensuring clients implement the necessary changes to eliminate financial headaches.
Jonathan R. Martin, CPA
Jonathan is a Practice Transition Advisor with 20 years of experience guiding dentists through successful practice transitions. Since joining McGill and Lyon Practice Transitions in 2005, he has overseen more than $1 billion in practice sales, from single-doctor offices to large multi-location groups. Jonathan approaches each transition with care and personal attention, simplifying a complex process while protecting the value doctors have built and ensuring their decisions align with their financial and personal goals.
Blake W. Hassan, CPA, JD
Blake is a tax attorney licensed solely in North Carolina and a Certified Public Accountant in the state. Blake is deeply involved in dental practice transitions, handling everything from sales and partnerships to buy-ins and buy-outs, as well as the preparation and review of related documents. Blake is also well-versed in estate planning, providing advice and preparing essential documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and creating family partnerships.

Cancellation Policy*
60 or more days prior to event, receive future seminar credit or refund minus $50 processing fee. Between 30-60 days of event, receive a future seminar credit. Less than 30 days prior to event, no refund or credit can be given as your attendance has already been confirmed with the hotel.
