Whether acquiring a practice, forming a partnership, or transitioning out of ownership, Patrick offers practical, detail-oriented guidance to help support doctors’ long-term success. Since joining McGill and Hassan, P.A. in 2013, he has advised clients on every stage of their dental careers —from negotiating a first associateship to selling with a view towards retirement. With an understanding of both dental-specific issues and tax and other effects of various dental practice structures, Patrick’s objective is to ensure that each transaction is tailored to meet the unique goals of each client.

Patrick graduated with honors from Erskine College, earning a Bachelor of Science in business administration. He went on to earn his law degree, with honors, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a member of the Mecklenburg County Bar, North Carolina Bar and American Bar Association. Patrick is a licensed attorney in North Carolina only.
