For over 40 years, The McGill & Hill Group has proudly provided independent, objective advice to dentists and specialists – beginning with the founding of Blair, McGill & Company in 1983. In 2022, we reaffirmed our commitment to offering the industry’s best guidance when John transitioned his role as CEO and his ownership to Wes Lyon, who now serves as President & CEO. Wes was selected to take over thanks to his strong work ethic, unwavering moral compass, commitment to excellence, and most importantly the passion to help others he wears on his sleeve.

Now, we’re further strengthening that commitment as Wade Coleman and Jonathan Martin have purchased Roger Hill’s dental transitions business, effective August 5, 2025.

Together, Wade and Jonathan bring more than 30 years of combined experience helping dentists and specialists successfully navigate transitions. Their leadership reinforces our dedication to delivering trusted, expert guidance to dental professionals.

As part of this evolution, we are excited to announce our new name: McGill and Lyon Dental Advisors. This change reflects our continued growth and our unwavering mission to be the most trusted source of financial information and consulting for the dental community. We remain privately held and committed to serving you with the same dedicated team of professionals you’ve come to trust.
