Wesley W. Lyon II, CPA, CFP®
Wes is the President and CEO of McGill and Lyon Dental Advisors, guiding dentists to reduce taxes, increase profitability, and achieve financial freedom. He joined John K. McGill and Company as a Tax, Business, and Financial Planning Advisor, eventually becoming Partner before purchasing the consulting business in 2022. Wes prides himself on providing clear, practical advice while ensuring clients implement the necessary changes to eliminate financial headaches.
T. Wade Coleman, JD
Wade is a Practice Transition Advisor with McGill and Lyon Practice Transitions. With over a decade of experience in dental mergers and acquisitions, he has guided hundreds of practice owners through successful partnerships and transitions out of ownership. Wade takes a full-service, hands-on approach, walking alongside clients from the first conversation to the closing table with clear guidance and thoughtful strategy.
Mario G. Santiago, CPA, CFP®
Mario is a Tax and Business Planning advisor who helps dentists across the country reduce taxes, improve practice profitability, and plan for retirement. Growing up with two parents who are dentists, he understands the unique personal and professional challenges his clients face and brings that perspective to every relationship. Mario values honesty and open conversation, aiming to help dentists gain financial clarity and confidence so they can focus on their families and the practice they’ve worked hard to build.
Liam D. Fitzgerald, CFP®
Liam is a Financial Advisor for Lyon Wealth Advisors. He is a graduate of Liberty University and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Financial Planning. He has obtained the Certified Financial Planner™ designation. Prior to joining Lyon Wealth Advisors, Liam served as a Financial Advisor for Vanguard serving high net worth individuals by creating comprehensive financial plans and implementing strategies that helped reach financial and personal goals.

Important Information
Your registration fee covers daily breakfast, session attendance, and social events for each registered attendee. Unregistered guests cannot attend the sessions or breakfasts but are welcome to join us for après-ski on Thursday or Friday. For the most valuable experience, we highly recommend spouses attend this seminar. Maximum (1) additional attendee per registration.

Cancellation Policy*
60 or more days prior to event, receive future seminar credit or refund minus $50 processing fee. Between 30-60 days of event, receive a future seminar credit. Less than 30 days prior to event, no refund or credit can be given as your attendance has already been confirmed with the hotel.
